My dad asked me an interseting question, he asked if I thought English would evolve into common slang. It seems to me that it will, ebonics and street slang are fast becomming normal speach.

I was at a GED testing center in Atlanta so there were alot of black girls around, and its really neat to hear how they speak. Its so much more dramatic and intresting.

I don't know if you're interested, but Estonian language shares the first place with Italian, if sort them by beauty. Estonians are singing people. Estonian is a singing language. A very beautiful one.
At difficulty, it is at 5th place, but on development - 200th <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif"> (lol, we still use borrowed words for most of new things).

I am reading a book on the style of English language, and it's very interesting to learn how the language evolved over the years. It's becoming streamlined and more efficient.

Compared to Spanish or German, English has dropped most of the verb conjugations (tenses, singular/plural, masculine/feminine). It's a lot less cumbersome than other European languages.

Incidentally, there is absolutely no verb conjugation in Chinese. That's why I had such a difficult time when I was learning English.

By the way, I can bench press 255 lb (116 kg). It doesn't seem much, but I only weigh 132 lb (60 kg). That's *almost* twice my body weight. I haven't met too many people who can bench press more than twice their weight.

I just received a fascinating email from a friend. Interestingly, it's quite relevant to this thread. It's an excerpt from a textbook on sexual education from the 1960's in Great Britain.

I'm sure at one time English was spelled phonetically, it's just changed so dramatically since that time, taking in influences from nearly everywhere, while contracting and compounding words frequently, such that it no longer is. The sheer ascertation that Estonian is entirely phonetic leads me to believe that it's actually a fairly recent invention, at least in terms of it being a written language.

That seems like pretty much to me, especially considering your weight. You have to be pretty muscular.

True, I consider myself a muscular guy. But I want to dispell this myth that girls like muscular guys. For all the girls I've ever dated, none of them dated me for my physique. In fact, my wife doesn't really notice my muscles anymore.

Perhaps teenage girls are different, but I can assure all of you that you don't need to be muscular to get the girls. Sense of humor and respect go a long way.

Hmm... it promises to be harder than I though... I have mostly only rap which are NOT very beautiful. I'm stlil trying to find a woman singing..


Well, I have found couple though. These are the best I could find from MY collection. There are, ofcourse, lot better ones. I'm gonna post the links soon, but before I do that... I'd like to give you few hints about estonians most beautiful and best singers. Female ones, that is. (ofcourse, getting back to Eileen, she's a proud owner of a beautiful voice).
