Myrk, there are only a select few death metal guitarists that can
actually play. The rest of them just play very simple riffs at high
speeds with tons of distortion and effects so that it sounds like they
can actually play.
Some real Guitar players: Eddie Van Halen, Slash of Guns&Roses,
Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden, Angus Young of AC/DC, Bob Dylan, Jimi
Hendrix, Dan of the Darkness, Lindsy Lohan (haha, not really).
I desperatly need a new guitar. I play a Marshal Rocket Duluxe Fat
Strat. I plays like Charlie of Busted (thats crap by the way).

I really don't suggest getting the Ibanez that have that type of bridge hookup. You don't notice it in the picture, but they're garbage. You have to cut guitar strings to place them under a small metal block and strew them down. Very ineffective. Not to mention, the second you take a screwdriver to anything, which you will have to, you scratch all the black off. (Unless they changed it of course)
If you want a floating bridge, get one with the bottom entry stuff. .

The bridge featured there is a licensed floyd rose, they aren't cheap and tacki, they aren't painted either- its black stained steel stuff (I managed to be the first person in history to snap a locking nut bolt of one of them, and talked to Floyd himself about it). You need an allon key to change the strings. If you'r not that great at guitar, use wierd tunings, or like hassle, don't get a floating bridge with whammy. They are alot of hassle, but I personally love screeching harmonics and doing whammy dives, its alot of fun.
Also, French Toast, those "crap guitarists" I spoke of include the guy from Freak Kitchen, who is primarily a death metal guitarists. And Warlok, your assumption is poor- try playing Soilwork- Machinegun Majesty, or Bulletbeast! You'll see its insanely hard to play so cleanly, fast, and skillfully.
