you can put them in a custom map. not in a valve map though

I don't want to insert or modify anything in the bsp files. But there
should be some way to play a sound from an XYZ position using a console
command.

You can't do it by way of a custom soundscape. The reason is that
the map had to specify a map location for a section of the soundscape
to play, ie the position 1 flag on the env_soundscape entity. So,
you would have to edit the bsp or find another way. I personally
just lower the volume on my music player and it works out just fine.

K, so i would have to modify the memory... firstly that's HARD you got
to be t3h l33t h4x0r ... and second .. you will probably get banned by
VAC2 even though you aren't cheating .
