Found this little on-line game. The object is to arrange the inter-connected dots until none of the planes intersect. See how you do.

Is it possible to create an unsolvable configuration?

A plane is also the mathematical/geometric name for a completely flat surface. Note how the game is called "planarity".

It isn't that difficult ... and if you notice it took him almost 15 minutes to do the tenth level.
I thought it was pretty boring, actually ... not really enough space for you to quickly drag the vertexes out. Needs more gimmicks to make it entertaining.

I stopped after level 9 with about ~2400 points. I was getting bored of it because I couldn't make up a strategy how to efficently solve these levels.
But I nice idea anyways. I like it. It has nothing to do with killing people or monsters or zombies or aliens or nazis. Something diff'rent.

Funny at first, boring later on. For a game, it definitely needs more
aspects to be really interesting, but as a school project it might
prove a nice challenge to create a solving algorithm or something.
Things that could make this more worth of a game would be restricting
space (both area and shape) with walls, or having objects that, if
fully surrounded, give bonusses or are a requirement for beating the
level. Or immobile vertices...
Hmm, and a beat-the-clock mode, or a mode that requires you to be fast
while the network is growing over time. Stuff like that. Oh well...

It'd be nice also if the "stats" wheren't such a idiotic waste. It'd be cool to see what the speediest solvers are hitting for different levels, and what the average is and stuff, but due to the fact that some people just opened the thing and never solved it while leaving it running while others kept playing for about 60 levels, the scale of the graphs leaves it with no useful information. I mean, I'd like to think my 4:15 on level 8 is the roxor, but I can't tell for sure.

Theres a theoretically infinite number of levels. I tried skipping to level 100 but it crashed the computer.
