Found this website which has archives from quite a few years back of almost every website there ever was. Its kinda cool. Home page:

http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

and I found this there:

http://web.archive.org/web/20011029004438/http://www.hotdeathdiner.com/

For all you young whippersnappers, this was my HL1 DM website The Hot Death Diner. Was quite a decent little DM review site there for a couple of years.

Message submitted 13 minutes after original post:

Hey I found this.

Talk about a trip down memmory lane. It's a shame that site doesn't archive entire sites, I wouldn't have minded checking out all the old stuff. And it's a shame the diner doesn't have reviews any more, had my first good review on your site Juim.

Seen this before, but still pretty cool. I find it funny to look at some of the very old news clips they had back around WWII. Also, take a look at some of the old microsoft sites.

I miss the good ol days when there weren't any god damned 3D strategy games. I hate them! It's bad enough that I have to think of what to do next when my arse is getting kicked by the cheating AI, I don't want to be burdened with the camera angles! Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge will always be king in my book.

I actually really like the 3D element. I just played some RA2 skirmish today and found it really annoying not to be able to zoom in, or look around buildings...

To each his own taste... <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_wink.gif">
