All I'm saying is that lots of blacks live in poor neighborhoods. the neighborhoods are poor because of the crime. Crime follows a lower class of people and people become lower-class when they are uneducated and don't make any effort to be. It's nothing to do with color (being low-class) coz there's ppl like that of every color. BUT we happened to be talking about blacks.
