no not squeezing. you twist your wrist to keep the inner wheel rotating, hence creating a gyroscopic effect. As you maybe have seen in mechanics, this creates a force, excerted on your hand/wrist in this case.

Never look down the barrel of it, even if it was your dad saying. He told me to look and se eif a spark went off, and aparently.... it did

Yeah, you do like that to make the ball spin fast (it feels good tho). You can strengthen many parts of your arm with this, it really helps you know. When spinning 15000 rpm, (250 Hz - think about it, first computers were that fast and to think that today you can power such computers with your own hands

I built a sholder mounted potato rpg once, same thing happend to me, I was looking down an empty barrel and was testing the piezo with some gas... vowBOOOOFFFFF!!!!!! whoa man closest shave I ever had. (no i didn't hurt my self still have 22/22 vision)
After that incedent i made a more stable sparker, Used a disposable camera with flash, rerouted the flash to a sparky thingy in the chamber... Wholla 250V charge arc every time, big blue fcuk*r.
