well I _do_ practice kung-fu... not a specific style but more like a combination of them.
Yes, I mean THAT kind of powerball. It is excercising. It gives you stronger muscles <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> (that's not what i'm after tho, in the world of kung-fu, speed defines the winner :P). It just gives you strength. I'm not the strongest man in the world and I am not the slimmest either, but 12601 rpm with it is a good result for a 17... i guess at least. Sometimes I powerball for 2 hours staright with small breaks from time to time and THAT's when the records start coming. You should try it sometimes.

Uni, doing architecture degree. Other than that I just socialize or chillout. Not much of me on the snarkpit nowadays.

no not squeezing. you twist your wrist to keep the inner wheel rotating, hence creating a gyroscopic effect. As you maybe have seen in mechanics, this creates a force, excerted on your hand/wrist in this case.

I'm at college for a Game Art and Design Degree, and I have a GF of 3 years now. Besides those 2 I hang with friends and try to play the occasional HL2 or HL2 mod.

Yeah, you do like that to make the ball spin fast (it feels good tho). You can strengthen many parts of your arm with this, it really helps you know. When spinning 15000 rpm, (250 Hz - think about it, first computers were that fast and to think that today you can power such computers with your own hands <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">), a force equal with 18 kilograms is pressing onto your wrists. My case weights about 18 kilos stock so I know the feeling already. There is only 1 man iirc, who is able to spin more than 15000 and he's from a greece and you can tell he's strong... let's just say you wouldn't want to shake with him <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

wrist exercises... /me goes laughing out loudly for couple of hours
powerballing is not only wrist excercises... it gives you better muscles <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

I built a sholder mounted potato rpg once, same thing happend to me, I was looking down an empty barrel and was testing the piezo with some gas... vowBOOOOFFFFF!!!!!! whoa man closest shave I ever had. (no i didn't hurt my self still have 22/22 vision)

After that incedent i made a more stable sparker, Used a disposable camera with flash, rerouted the flash to a sparky thingy in the chamber... Wholla 250V charge arc every time, big blue fcuk*r.

I do a lot of programming, web design sort of stuff, and some BASIC, music, i'm in several bands, and, well... that's about it, besides school.
