I like WMP or DivX Player.

I use WMP on pc for video (rarely). Almost always though I put whatever I want to listen to/watch onto my xbox and use XBMC to play it. Low quality stuff looks much better on TV's.

I use the MMD3 skin on Winamp, I usually run in condensed, set to 75 opacity when I select something else.

Winamp 2.91 for everything except the newer WMVs it doesnt play, i use WMP for them. I use the default skins.

Is anyone else having problems with Winamp 5.1? I've just upgraded from 5.08 and it's started crashing all over the place.

Audacity? In my experience, Audacity is open-source audio editing software, not really for playback. What audacity are you talking about?

And I use wmp, because it is already on my computer, seeing as how I have windows xp.

winamp 2.95 for everything except DVDs. Winamp 3.x sucks.
PowerDVD for DVDs.
Occasionally I'll use Media Player Classic for non-dvd videos when Winamp tries to be gay. Seriously. I caught it stealing a glance at me as I bent over to pick up the soap.

WMP Classic generally. It's small, loads fast, and plays everything. I think it's a custom build though.

For DVDs: PowerDVD or WinDVD (For DTS)
Large lists of music: Winamp.

No need to use much else.


Blame it on Microsoft, God does.
