And best of all, I got it for 3 euros. You had to buy a single issue of a computer magazine, and the offer that came with it was 1 year of free domain and website hosting. (Of course, the most simple hosting there is, no PHP/SQL support.)

May I ask, at the risk of getting bitch slapped, WHY do you have that silly popup window as your site? Why even bother with the load page at all? If all your content is going to be contained within that silly popup window, why not expand it beyond a popup and have it look more professional?

(cringes in preparation for bitch slap)

one word , FRAMES . basically have your other page load in a frame on the domain of the main one . <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_wink.gif"> . All your stuff will still work.
