You probably should ask your mother to stop that, if you like having her around that is. Champion indeed.
I was thinking about the same thing but didn't know how well a comment like that would go over. I mean, people who drive like that are basically living on borrowed time.
Makes you wonder which is worse. That she does it and sees nothing wrong with it or that she is teaching her child its OK.
If you care about your mom, make her stop. She could kill herself or worse, kill someone else.

This isn't statistical information or anything, but the only people who I've ever got into an accident with, or who've almost hit me have all been women. It's very bizarre. There was only one time I can remember some douchebag, quite literally, getting in front of my car with less then a foot or so clearance. Needless to say, he was driving a BMW. But all the others are woman. The only woman trucker I ever saw backed traffic up because she turned onto a construction street and the lane she turned into was held up, since there was only one lane free. BAM, instant dead lock. No one could go for about three light changes. But then again, the flaggers should have done something instead of laugh. But what do they care? Honestly, they get paid upwards $30 an hour. Bastards. Endangering their lives my ass.
