I tried to add myself to Dundee as it is marked on the map, but it wouldn't let me. So I then changed to Edinburgh, but then it wouldn't upload my photo :S Oh well, at least I'm up <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> Would be cool if we get a good number of us up there - interesting to see a visual representation of our worldly distribution.

How do I view the world map? I only see the U.S. map. I am missing out a lot.

Very true. Not too many US mappers, relative to the European force.

And I wonder why there isn't any Asian mappers at all (people who actually live in Asia). Perhaps it has something to do with the English-based mapping community that SnarkPit is.

Such a big continent, so many people, but so few mappers.

Yeah, I didn't notice that I could set the default zoom level and location, so its changed to the start with a whole earth view now by default. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

This is just freaky how acurate this is.

This is the map of my residential area,
*The red squar is my families acre of property.
*The blue is my drivway, which isn't evan a public road.
*and all the roads left of the green line don't evan exist yet.
->with exception to the yellow road, which is actually called Rock Hill Road.
---> Legal reasons, they changed halfe of the roads name.

How is that freaky? You put in an address, right? If no one knew where your exact recidence was you'd never get mail.

What would make it freaky is if that was a photo ... which it, obviously, isn't ... unless you're in that part of Texas.

Figures. Take a look at an area that wasn't developed a year or two ago, it should be an older image (of a few years). Since, I believe the new ones aren't disclosed ... or something.
