Ah, that's something else.Applying a kick to the balls under those circumstances sounds pretty fair to me.

If someone pulled a weapon on me I would look around for something to heavy to bludgeon them with, if I had time. Otherwise I would go for the balls and If I really felt threatened I would gouge their eyes out with my fingers and/or smash their trachea. Thats all if running the hell away was not a viable option.
