This guy: Bobby Yang is amazingly good. Him and his band (so far) have had an album that is a bunch of covers. There's no lyrics and he plays violin instead of a guitar.
There was a video of him busting out Eruption, but alas, the only source (since no one is smart enough to download movies instead of stream them) is gone.
If someone knows of a working link, post it up.
You can check out his site and there's some sample music from their album playing in the background. http://www.bobbyyang.com/

Asian Guy: 0
On second thought, both were very good, but the mustachioed musician pwned the funny-haired asian fret-jockey
Mustache Guy: 1.5
Azn Fret Jockey: 1
The mustache guy has gangly fingers, good for guitar. I know people with sausage fingers and they can barely barre on higher frets, and they're less accurate (thats probably more to do with experience than finger girth). Gangly fingers are definitely an asset IMO. Thats how I wish I could play, I'm an acoustic/folk/jazz guitar kind of guy. It's not really what I listen to, but it's what I enjoy playing. It's more relaxing, and relaxing is one of the big reasons I play guitar.

Are we going for fast, skillfull, or amazing sounding or what? I can tell you of people so quick that videos cannot record thier speed at normal film rate- people so fast they can alternate pick sweep rythms faster than any sweep by anyone else. There are insanely fast people out there, even a German guy who is so fast with his left hand that he has to use a power drill with plectrums attached!
Just watched that video- its good, better than I can do, but I would no where near say that impresses me tbh. Its very repetetive and it just doesn't interest my ears. I like the guy from Symphony X, he does really interesting stuff, and obviously Mattias Eklundh in his solo album "Freak Guitar"- thats a quality album.
