I don't often remember my dreams, but last night I specifically remember walking around an imaginary CS map with its creator. I remember telling him how to improve the layout. I remember saying that I liked the way he handled the foliage and props, but that I didn't like the boring wall surrounding his level...

Dreams. My dreams would frighten most here so posting them is not a really good idea. At least not from me.
I would like to read others though. This could be a cool thread, unless its filled with a bunch of prepubescent posts.

Sadly, I don't remember what I dream (maybe it's for the best?) apart from when I have lucid dreams. I really love those. Imagine being able to dream whatever you wish and, implicitly, be able to realistically simulate various sensations. I'm also working on self-iducing such dreams via a sort of auto-hypnosis.
Anyone else here having lucid dreams on a regular basis?

You probably dream every night, only you don't remember your dreams. I dreamt something this morning I told some friends about, only I can't remember what it was.

The only dream I remember to mind is this one from ages ago.
I dreamt that I was a knight, and guarding a wierd city at the foot of some mountains (North side of mountains) with a large plain of bog and marshlands North. Then in the horizon this wall of wooden machine things was coming, and we went to battle them off but everyone got killed except me. I ran into the forests to the East with enemies following, but I killed the ones following me. Then I hid in the forest for 3 years around the wrecage of a Boing 747 (wierd eh?). Anyways I went back, killed the enemy leader and then saved the day, but all the village was destroyed and everyone was dead. Wierd dream.
Interesting fact- when you dream, you do so in fast forward. When your dosile/asleep your brain can do more thinking rather than seeing and stuff, so your thinking is fast. Also its because in dreams you miss out key details, almost like a game in that you don't model every single item and wall detail.

I kinda just dreamt it one day being the day, the next being 3 years later... You get the idea.

I had a disturbing dream last night. There were these three geeky but tall guys who came into our apartment. They said they needed to check our appliances for problems, so they started packing them into their truck.
It's obvious to anyone that they're taking them and don't intend to ever return them. So I tried to stop them. The tall leader guy threatened me with a sharp scissors, so I dialed 911.
And if anyone in the States had tried dialing the police before, you'll know that there is usually a ten minute hold before you speak to anyone. So while I was on hold with the police, these guys are emptying out our apartrment.
Eventually, I got fed up and retrieved two long and sharp knives from the kitchen. I threatened the tall guy with it, he just ignored me. So I dug into his left forearm with a butcher knife and just started sawing. It was pretty gruesome.

My dreams, thankfully only last about as long as a teenagers first piece of ass. My dreams are a bit more disturbing.

Are you waiting for us to ask you what you dream? Or do you just like saying you have disturbing dreams so you can appear cryptic?
Also, you pick strange expressions. (A teenager's first piece of ass?)

I think he's referring to the new film "Brokeback Mountain".

Either you are not familiar with the term "A teenagers first piece of ass" or you are just being difficult. I prefer to believe you do not know. Its safer and doesn't tell the whole world that you are being rude.
They generally last less than a minute or two.
and, seriously, my dreams suck, they tend to center around my childhood and that was not a very pleasant time.
If you like, I could go into detail about what its like to be beaten daily?

Sounds truely fantastic, not...
I haven't had any dreams for quite some time now, but if I could choose my dream I'd kill 50 Cent for being a crap musician (if you want to call him that) and being so arogant that he had a game made about him being shot and not dying.
On the note of choosing, apparantly theres a way of harnessing the power of dreams to achieve anything you desire- including bedding women of your dreams in your sleep- or so an article I read claimed. It all lay in realising your dreaming, and realising that you can control the outcome.
