I'd give you other alternatives but they're all in Swedish.
I get my hosting (250MB storage, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited amount of e-mail adresses, MYSQL etc) for 12sek a month. That's about $1.4 or something.

out of the three that you posted, i honestly wouldn't go with any of them.
hosting companies appear to offer low storage and high transfer, like the ones that you quoted, which would be suitable for very popular but smallish files, or they will offer lots of storage, with less transfer, which would be better if you wanted to store lots or larger files that were downloaded less often. tbh, there's no-one here that will ever have 5gigs of their maps downoaded in a month, so i'd say look for someone offering more storage space.

5GB space
65GB monthly transfer
LOTS of software thats "easy to install" (quotes because of no personal experience)
$3.90/mo paid quarterly
I (my clan) actually have this plan, but still need to get the guy who paid for it to get the domain (long story short: clan-mate wants to pay, paypal personal doesn't let you accept credit card payments, he got busy the night he ordered it 4 days ago). The control panel seems somewhat easy to navigate for those who know what they're doing, just the way I like it. But with the lack of a domain it is doing absolutely nothing, I can't access ftp or install anything.
