Kwanzaa Snark
Chanukah Snark
Eid (Ramadan) Snark

Does the Ramadam snark blow itself up after a few minutes?
And why is Christmas the only holiday that needs to be avoided, omitted and changed?

Eid is not Ramadan, just to note. One of its celebrations is the day after the last day of Ramadan, in which you sacrifice a lamb (to eat).
Nickle, I know you're joking, but it's not funny. Seriously offensive now. (Yes, to me)
There is no need to omit Christmas, it's just annoying that it's shoved down everyone's throat. People would start celebrating the thing in July if they could (and some do). But you should recognize that your beliefs aren't the only ones. Why is that overlooked? Religious freedom, wow, there's a thought.
My family celebrates both Eid and Christmas, neither get's the boot.

My only problem with any holiday is its current level of commercialism. I get so tired of the exhibits going up in the stores months in advance. We know the holiday is coming but why push it so hard?
I want to see Halloween during October, not June and I damned sure don't want to see Christmas while its still 80 or 90 degrees outside.
I have zero religious views but still enjoy the holidays. I told my spouse today in fact that I like buying gifts far more than getting them. Giving something to some little one who really needs it is a gift all in itself.

And the commercialism isn't going to go away. It's kinda stupid how much they do it, but it doesnt really bother me.

Wow, worked like a charm... and updated the forum avatars. Thanks for that.
What exactly does shift+reload do? Force a reload of everything? Or just the Javascript?

Overrides everything in the cache related to the current page AFAIK. Very useful feature because FF seems to cache things very aggressively and will refuse to let go and get on with life

Inform your government that as an inhabitant of the southern hemisphere, I am deeply offended by this and demand they change it at once.
Walter here would put a christmas hat on, but theyve been banned by the administrator. Its hot enough as it is in those lab coats anyway.

As for other religions, I'm affraid your gunna have to deal with it like we deal with yours when we visit the countries of origin. This is primarily a UK based website, as such, UK traditions- if you want others you might have to ask lep and code it yourself ![]()
