Hey all,

I had this a long time ago, but now, its really annoying...My steam account name is Dark|Killer ... but in My Computer , it shows this :

E:SteamSteamApps22ca06895d6b4e3c599e83fdaeff2772

Where the underlined numbers and letters...Is supposed to be my name..
I dont really know why, but can anyone tell me how to solve this problem, 22ca06895d6b4e3c599e83fdaeff2772 is too big for a steam name ...

Errrr, that looks more like your CD key for HL2... I'd edit that out if I were you before people steal it :P

Yeah i did...it gives me a warning sign that it may cuase a damage to my files..

Well i gave it a go, i risked steam files for the sake of...uhh... the sake of... uhh..

Anyway, i pressed ok, and nothing happened really, but when i opened source sdk, it opened this small dialog box saying "Copying files "

I think renaming worked, but i asked some guys before in css and hl2dm, they told me not to risk it...well it worked

No it didnt work, when i try opening source sdk, a message appear, saying that some files are missing or something like that..

I renamed it to 22ca06895d6b4e3c599e83fdaeff2772
And Hammer opened successfully...
