There are 7 books in the Foundation trilogy now and 4 books in the Rama trilogy.

Its not a trilogy if there arent 3 books. "Foundation trilogy" refers to the first three.

I know, but there are like 4 decades between 3 and 4. Many people don't even realize that the rest were written because the gap is so substantial.

In fact, Asimov had to re-read the trilogy before he could write book four. The end of book 3 stopped before anything substantial occurred and the rest of the books were essential.

I feel that the series is one of the best ever written. A must read for any hardcore sci-fi enthusiast.

However, the first 3 books are boring when compared to the last written. The author must have learned a thing or two about entertainment in the interim. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

Well, I was unaware of the other Foundation books. If they're actually written by Isaac Asimov, then I'll have to look into it.

I said only the first Rendesvous with Rama because the other ones are the crap.

Yes, he wrote them and the last 3 books were leaps and bounds better than the first book in the Rama series. But, they were decidedly different with Gentry Lee helping.

Recently found out that my video card burned out, or otherwise became nonfunctional.

The finding process was assisted by my motherboards ability to talk through my speakers that said "Video test failed" each time I attempted to reboot.

Neat feature. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

Recently found: Boobs... I mean women actually play more these days.

30-page member manual? I wouldn't like to sound like an ass here, but why do women always take these things into extremes?

I think it isn't just you. Clearly written by someone with something against the male gender... Let me see. Yep, it was written by a woman. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

I doubt that FPS' will ever get any popular with women. But a surprising amount of girls seems to play WoW nowadays. Everyone seems to play that, even my teacher admitted the other day (he's male but still far away from usual gaming target groups). Wouldn't mind if games loose their nerd image, especially in Europe.

Someone posted a link to this online music radio over at Interlopers.net.

It's probably one of the best sites I've ever visited.
