in a long and convoluted process over 3.5 years, my mobo died. I've been wanting to upgrade anyway, so now seems as good a time as any. This is what i've got in my basket, opinions?

ASrock 939 AGP/PCI-E mobo
I need that board if i'm able to keep my current video card and be able to upgrade later... well, technically i could upgrade to another agp card, but everyone is moving to PCI-E. gotta make the jump sometime. it's also got SATA, PATA, four ram slots, and a 939 socket, so I think this board is a good choice overall.

Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
cpu isn't amazing, but i think i will be able to overclock it well enough with a Zalman CNPS 7000B. fricking 939's are so expensive...

total cost is 285 with shipping right now. more than i wanted to spend, but i'm not going to get stuck in the "My motherboard can't go any faster!" corner. at least not for a few years.
