Basically, I've been, for several months, looing for a perfect means by which I can easily sit down and spend a few months creating 3d games with little experiende. I found out that I could do it through macromedias Director MX with shockwave 3d. Thats not the point though.

I was browsing the forums for a little help in understanding the Director language "lingo" and found this little thread.

Some guy was working on creating an online clone of Half-Life. It's intresting that he was able to do it (a small part) with so little mem usage.

Wow, I never knew that could be done just on shockwave. Pretty cool, but I couldnt get passed the ladder at the top - always fell =[
