Just saw on the net a pre-final kinda product by the people making that keyboard with the mini LCD screens in the keys. Well to give you guys an estimate of a price on that, they have released a 3 key version which retails for a "special price" of $100!

Ah, nice, but not worth $100 in my opinion.

It's nice to see you again Myrk, you've been in the shadows lately.

Interesting.
The full sized keyboard would cost $3,400.

Waste of money ... like most computer add-ons.

Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

It's not LCDs it's OLEDs.

The most I would spend on the full keyboard is about $100 US. Seeing the full retail price of a weaksauce three keys as $160, I don't have much hope for getting one of these.

They could probably make more money making those stupid game key layout things with OLEDs, people are already willing to spend ridiculous amounts of money on those.

I don't understand how 3 keys can cost that much. The only people I see buying this are employees at NASA looking for something cool to stick on the space shuttle.

By the way. Check out the companies portfolio, they have some really cool designs for all kinds of stuff. I'd love to work for them doing industrial design.
