Names should be chose in advance by using the HOLLER method.

Go out on your front porch and shout "LAMARR"

If it sounds like s**t, move on to the next name in the cache.

Since you will definitely be spending much more time saying your children's name at volume, it would pay to pick one less offensive to the neighborhood.
