Hey guys, its been a long time ^^,

[BioWare shows off some the early content from its upcoming sci-fi action RPG ahead of GDC.]

I have recently check gamespot when I bumped through this game, Mass Effect..
Its for the Xbox360--RPG game...

"In Mass Effect, you'll assume the role of Commander Shepherd, a human whose history, gender, appearance, and skills are all customizable and will have an impact on your experience. The only reason you can't change his or her name, we assume, is because Mass Effect features a lotof voice acting. After creating your own Commander Shepherd, your adventure will get underway onboard the Normandy, which is a spaceship that serves as your mobile base of operations throughout the game. Conversations that you're not a part of will help to set the scene because they contain nuggets of information not only about the current state of the universe, but also about how you're perceived by other characters......"Click Here for more...

This is an amazing RPG game that takes place in the future, after watching the trailer, I must say that this game has a very impressive detailed graphical appearance...
Check out the trailer : Trailer...

Here are some Pictures :

I would like to hear your opinions about this game, and share your comments and thoughts smiley

Best Regards,

ZnZ

It looks nice, very nice, but I fear that it'll be more of a movie than a game, with not so much action and a buttload of talking, But I'll have to try it out, or read some reviews and stuff.

This is by the same guys that made Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which most people would agree gives a good demonstration that they are capable of making kick-ass sci-fi RPGs <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> Mass Effect is definately one of the big hitting 360 games due out over the next 6 months, and I'm seriously looking forward to it. But can it live up to KOTOR when they've no longer got lightsabres and force powers?

Bioware also made fallout, baldurs gate, and so forth. All great games.

When I opened this thread, I thought "oh no, there talking about some s**ty xbox 360 game" But I decided that I'll have a look at the pictures. Thats when I remembered that I read about thig game in the Australia Official Xbox Magazine. The games does certainly look very good.

However, I think that Gears of War and halo3 will be the best games on xbox 360 for a very very long time. Although some of the pictures in the mag and the links look awsome!

It's kind of an apples to oranges comparison, Gears and Halo aren't even in the same genre of game as Mass Effect...

I saw some stuff about it back around E3 last year, looks like it could be a good RPG, though I'm not overly fond of the whole "cyborg implants/nanomachines give you magic powers" thing. Not many scifi stories are able to pull it off.

Yeah, but its not common for the 360 to have Sci-fi games, so I guess Mass Effect would be the first or second if I missed any other Sci-fi game...
Its kinda nice, i like the way you can upgrade weapons, get more skills, and use biomods to increase strength and stuff, i guess im used to Dues Ex :P
