I'd like to re-make my web site, any suggestions on back end stuff? I'm great with CSS and html but don't have much of any experience PHP or database stuff. I'd like to be able to create a simple admin panel so I can upload pictures and news. Bare bones kinda stuff. I guess its a question of: should I try and make it all myself (learn it) or download something that I can just play with until I get it looking right. Thanks guys.
