Came across this the other day and had a right good laugh. I can't figure out if its a lark though, there's no audience or laugh track. If it was real, That guy needs to be working for the Bush administration.

As mentioned by Gaara and wil5on they are both comedians, they have been doing these skits for as long as I can remember (and probably longer than that), on news/current affairs programs usually about a topic that is happening at that time.
