I've batted this idea around for about a year now and now I think its time to post a poll and see how it feels.

Some of you may recall the voice recording experiment we did a while back. The idea of mine is to record ourselves doing a play... Or even a story with multiple parts for each of us to preform.

We would need a sound mixer and a dubber perhaps, but the primary goal would be to piece us all together into a forum wide party for our listening pleasure.

We would naturally have to decide what to do, be it play or story and then whom would star in it of course.

I'm sure that our intellectual types could suggest the proper forum for us to preform and a couple volunteers to piece the parts together into a coherent working.

I did Romeo and Juliet in high school. It sucked trying to do the funny words but the end result was ok. I really have no interest in repeating that particular play but it did have many parts so no one would really feel left out.

We could even consider having multiple sessions if the play was particularly long where 3 or 4 individuals could preform the same character.

Opinions / complains / snide retorts?

Sounds interesting, getting the folks involved. I'd love to hear some sort of play or story, maybe not be involved (voice) in it though.

I think there is a minor role of Buford the sandal maker. He polished the buckles on Julius's footwear if I recall.

Is that the part Cass?

I think we should find a funny/interesting transcript of a number of people chatting about something. We could all read the whole thing and chop it up into a forum wide play of sorts, if that isn't straying too far from the idea.

We could do something along the lines of GTA:VC's VCPR or something, you know, a funny radio show with guests, a moderator (maybe two) and people calling on the air to ask all sorts of hilariously dumb questions. That way you'd be able to explain the different accents and inflections.

Though hearing Caesar speak with a crippling Irish accent would be interesting too <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif"> .
