What people fail to realize about shakespeare, is that it was never meant to be read or studied. It was meant to be performed for the lower class. All Shakespeare is every about is murder and sex. It honestly, is not the brilliant works of art that people make it out to be. In a way, it's the lowest common denominator of theatre.
