However, I am getting very annoyed with the whole "Must have internet access" to play thing.

For the record, we all do not have a choice about internet.

i feel you orph, wasn't but a year ago i had 44k dial up, the only reason i got away from that is because i went to college

Actually its a two edged sword. I look at games that say you must have internet and I get mad and don't buy it, then I look at a game that plays offline, but would be mucho better online, and get mad and don't buy it either. So here I am wishing I had the net, but on some level glad I don't because I am saving a fortune, not to mention, I am getting so much work done in my yard/property.

I did buy the new UT game. Yes it looks like it would be so much better online, but the single player campaign was most enjoyable too.
