Just before the site move, someone contacted me about changing their user handle to a new name that correlated with the rest of their web presence - I believe it was BvS. If it was you sir, please resend your PM with the request and i'll attend to it.

If, however it was not the good Baron who was asking this favour and indeed it was you, recognising this scenario above, please, send me the details. I apologise to either party if I have got the identity confused.

Twoknives pm'ed me about changing his name.. I've pm'ed him since the site change asking him if still wanted anything doing.

I'll check with larchy to see if I can change it via SQL, can't seem to spot any option on the user moderation panel to do such an activity.

Added the option to the moderate profile menu (view user profile > moderate user > edit user profile)

Awwww, I always find it odd when somebody changes their name after you've become so used to it. I'll miss you Baron! But I'm sure I'll learn to love Naklajat in time smiley

Not that I ever really got used to TwoKnives :P

At first I assumed you were joking, and then I looked at the members list.

...Did he request that? It's one of those collections of characters you try to turn into a word, but after a few minutes get a headache and give up. Urgh, I take back the complaints, I liked TwoKnives after all smiley

I re-regerstered because I could not remember my old password and name.. I would like to make the old account active again, and change the name to this one.. As I dont go by MoneyShot any more. Muhnay has become my online presense. Can we work that out?

Ok I've change the account usernames and set the hotmail address you used to re-register with as the address for the moneyshot account (which is now Muhnay)

If you enter your hotmail address into the lost password page you will get a new pw for the account.

Duplicate email addresses are not allowed, so I have had to change your Muhnay2 address to a temporary made up address, but you may want to change it to something else.

Deleting it would probably just cause issues since there are posts from the account, so I'll just leave it.

Do you want a pit still? (as you mentioned in another thread somewhere)

Right, changed all the posts made with the newer account to your old account id, and deleted the old account.

Yes I would please like a ppit.. it would make life easier to sgare maps with you all. Besides I would love to get some help and opinions on my current map and post it.. but I have no place to host it. I'll even advertise in my maps for you for the pit. =)

OK, done.

You can also use somewhere like filefront as a fast, accessible host for large map files... just add the link as a mirror when you add the map to snarkpit.
