Ive just heard, there are 3 offers on the table now

It will probably go to the person in the strongest position, Fortunately we have an investor wanting to buy our house so there is no chain. Thats a pretty strong position, but we'l just have to wait and see.

Im getting rather worried now

hang in there Korny....house hunting is one of my least favorite things to do in the entire world....the market here is not nearly as cutthroat as i imagine it would be in england, and i'd rather build em than listen to my ole lady fuss and whine about it....but in the end, she gets what she gets.....keep the faith bud....

korn, try to remember, a house is a house, just a material item.. its what you make of it that counts..

now a home, thats something special, and a lot harder to create, or find for that matter.

i live in a white trash 3 bedroom 2 bath wood frame house, nothing special about its looks, BUT when people come into it, they feel comfortable and want to visit.

houses on the other hand, people visit, sit on the edge of the furniture, and are fidgeting the whole time, till finally they make excuses and leave.

find, and make a home, forget what it looks like.

I know lads, thing is. This isnt too bad an area aswell & chances are il be ending up ina rougher area no matter what, I would however like to go here as I can train back to norwich quite quickly.

To make matters worse our buyer pulled out yesterday removing our good position. So much for that then, bastards!

why do you sound as if you must move soon?

i mean, buying a house is a big deal, to rush it is suicidal at least.

if i were forced to move before i was ready, i would put everything in storage and rent a motel room for a time.
