Disable java posting in your prefs. It doesn't work in Mozilla so I disabled it ages ago.

Ppphrt, Mozilla. Tried it last week- takes longer to load than IE, doesn't always show pages correctly, and tabs are pretty useless because you can't really fast-switch between them, but it does have some nice features (such as not waiting for entire tables to download before showing them!).

I tried getting the posting thing to work with them, but I can't figure out how to get it to edit a post! IE works just by letting you edit the contents of an iframe, but mozilla sticks something on top, and the only way to edit would be to pass a variable somehow to it which I don't know how to do. If anyone should happen to find a working, editing Mozilla-compatible form please point me there

Mozilla doesn't load as fast because several IE components are loaded on startup anyway. There is an option somehwre to have some Mozilla files load on startup as well, so that it will open as fast as IE. You can fast switch between tabs using CTRL+tab. It shows every page correctly; the only problem is that some pages are not written in W3C certified HTML/CSS.

Well... fair enough then, but it still can't use the spinkee post editor yes so IE still > Mozilla

On a related note, is there a way to get Javascript to include a file inside a loop? (i.e. not the <script src="blah blah"> way) I can have PHP detect the browser, I guess, but it might not be as fail-safe... I shall go have a proverbial fiddle

There should be a way of doing any javascript that works in any browser. The problem comes when scripts use 'microsoft' commands that aren't actually part of the standard.

Lep, Mozilla is slow...but Mozilla Firebird is damned fast, and has all the nifty features that make Mozilla a better browser than IE. Sure, it's still a Beta, but I haven't encountered one bug or problem yet. Hell, it's a beta, and it's a lot faster and more reliable than IE.
