We've had requests for an update to fix four main issues, so here it is...
--Turrets now face the wall when they spawn, so throwing them off the edge actually accomplishes something.
--Improved weapon balance (hopefully)
--Moved Rebel flag to balance the map better
--Some performance tweaks (not much as its hard to get much out of it because its all outdoors, but now it seems to stay above 33fps on my machine instead of the 20fps from before.)
edit: i totally forgot to mention the rebel flag
also, smaller screenshots

My only complaint, which prolly has no merit is: How many versions of this map are there? I mean, fixing issues is one thing but why post them as separate maps? Wouldn't they be WIP?

I have always liked and loathed these style maps. The theme is good, but no one wants to develop a map that is a bit less hard to fall off of. I can see instilling the danger of falling, but having a theme where falling "is" the theme sucks.

Anyway, it just occurred to me that a map of this theme would fit within the guidelines of the 2006 competition if anyone is still uncertain of their contribution...
