When I select an object on the 3D view,is like I'm selecting on the blank.
HOW CAN I FIX IT???

This is an issue with some ATI graphics cards. The only thing you can do is make sure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.

There may be some fix for it out there but I don't know about it.

Well...I am with the latest version for Windows XP(acording to larchy).This maybe the problem.
I'll check for any fixes.

The fix for the bug is known as atioglxx.dll.I fixed it a long time ago.
