I dont believe this is bad. It could use some different textures as far as walss and so on but otherwise looks pretty neat. Try adding in a few more objects and putting in some more detail after all ITS THE SOURCE ENGINE.

It looks decent, but those lights are so intense that they obscure whatever's producing them, if there is anything there.
