Well i found the omega driver but it crashed my computer so after reinstalling windows i went through all its files and found this file called atioglxx.dll I took it and dropped it into the hammer editors root directory and fired it up and wow i can click yay!
Im not sure if the authors of the omega driver would be mad if i distributed the file so i'll just say thats what they owe me for crashing my system here ya go..

if you dont trust the file just look up the omega driver and extract it from its cab files, or install them on a virtual pc and search for atioglxx.dll
it should be under
XX:Program FilesRadeon Omega Driversv4.8.4422KXP_INF
i also put this into the systems registry
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionOpenGLDrivers]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionOpenGLDriversati2dvag]
"Version"=dword:00000002
"DriverVersion"=dword:00000001
"Flags"=dword:00000001
"Dll"="atioglxx.dll"
