I have never had problems with my old installation of VHE and the old toolset i used, i used the old non steam Halflife to test my maps, but all of a sudden it stopped working, here is the compilation. i get a run time error basically when it gets ingame

You don't have a command telling hammer (or anything) to copy the final produced BSP file to your "maps" directory. Or something as such (the way you have it now looks a little funky, since you copy the map file at the beginning then compile there. Technically you should have the final BSP in the maps directory [since thats where the map file is] but it might be somewhere else. Try putting a line in, right before the game execute command, to copy the bsp) [addsig]

ive done it before without putting lights, so its not that, and im confused how to add lines and such, commands and params ?
