Most of these aren't MDL files, but they can be ported.

The one I used is from cs_pacific, model by ginsengavenger. Looks rather
nice, with {masked palm fronds and everything. You can probably just
Google up cs_pacific and find it rather easily, anyway. Good luck with
whatever you're doing
