I don't have any more info than what I've given. The guy who reported the problem hasn't responded to my questions yet.
I do in fact have a slightly complex sky setup in the area where the error was reported, but it is nothing that could be described as complex brushwork. it's just not quite as simple as the usual sky-box. I s'pose it must be to blame, although I can't see how.
The error is in DoD_Dessau.

I have had a few probems where a leaf portal saw into leaf would cause a map to crash.
Alls I can think of is to fix the saws then see what happens :

As it turns out the error is not reproducible. I dono if this should be marked answered or not, as I do not think we'vre really resolved anything.
I plan on revamping my sky architecture and hope that fixes things, but I can't really do any tests to see if it does.

Tell us how you fixed the problem (if you did) and it'll be marked answered...
One error I see is in CSG, which I can imagine will be b0rking your map- planes 53596/32768 1071920/655360 (163.6%)
Fix this (by deleting some faces- you've been clipping or whatever way too much) and all should be well.
Well, I'm using XP-Cagey's tools for just that reason, and you can see that they are well within the limits by the time they are reduced.

The problem is that I cannot try any of these potential solutions because I myself have never experienced the error, and it turns out that the player who found it can't make it happen again.
It seems to refer to a sky polygon, and my sky brushes in the area are somewhat complicated, so I'm going to simplify them and hope that solves it. I'll also track down those leaf_portal errors but I rather doubt they are the cause.
