Is it possible to use the regular Half-Life and be able to have monsters in an online or LAN battle? When I say regular Half-Life I mean only Half-Life and not Sven_coop or anything like that.

Yeah, just go to the console and type in "sv_allowmonsters 1" in the console to enable monsters in multiplayer. If your already in the map with monsters when you type in the command, you will need to reload the map.
