I know where to put levels for Half-Life deathmatch, in the appropriate directory folder, but I don't know where to put deathmatch maps for Spirit of Half-Life to be able to play them online or LAN.
I have tried a few places and the level name DOES appear in the list of levels (I do have deathmatch start locations in the level) but when I host a game with the selected level the level never loads up.
I have tried hosting the Spirit Level from the regular Half-Life multiplayer section and from the Spirit multiplayer section. Both have the same problem. The map never loads.
Thanks.

I don't think this is a case of sticking it in the right location. Your map probably has an error in it that is causing the crash. Since I moved to the Source engine, my Half-Life knowledge is fading, so we need to work quickly
.
Does your map have any spaces in the map name, or any space in the names of any entities in the map?

The spirit maps work now. I did have a space in the name the first time then I changed it to no spaces and I think that solved the problem.
Thanks.
Thanks.
