Yep, list's quite old ... but if you get a 404 error, just shorten the URL to the main site ... mostly, you'll have the tuts in no time.

Couple of websites I go to for Call of Duty 4 mapping tutorials:
Modsonline.com has a lot of tutorials for many games.

Some tutorials from other call of duty games can work for CoD4 too.

wiki.modsrepository.com has really good tutorials for CoD2, CoD4, and CoD5.

p.s. Radiant is the map editor for Call of Duty.
