I just have a graphics tablet since yesterday, and immediately did some drawing.

The first one was more of an experiment, but here is the second one. It's Ulquiorra from an anime called Bleach. I did not make the background.

I might add some effects to it later.

Edit:
Now with some effects:

No IMG tag there because it made the picture much bigger somehow.. is that a known bug?

Cool stuff looks a lot like the original. Maybe you could do something to get rid of the jaggies?

I could add a blur effect, but it didn't really make it look better.

Thanks for your reply though smiley

Mmm a blur effect isn't the same as an anti alias effect. If I find any good anti alias filters for photoshop that are free I'll let you know! smiley

If I were to draw something like that, I would totally use Adobe Illustrator. It's made for vector graphics, which this image could easily fit under. You can still use your tablet, but then you'd be able to go back and edit by vertex along each and every line you drew the shape.

Then fill with color groups as you go. Nevertheless, that's a really good job for a first time after playing with a new tablet for just a couple of hours!

Yours looks squashed next to the originals longer face. But had I not seen the original, I would of thought WOW great job, I know who that is. All in all... GREAT WORK!
