If your looking for high quality, tileable textures Lemog Maya 3D Graphics is the place to go. 1000's of textures. Used in Maya, but should suit most purposes with a bit of tweaking.

theres always that, but THIS site korn says its ok to use their stuff.. if i read it correctly at the bottom.
i could see it if it were a personal image, but wood grains would be a bit hard to say "thats my work"

[addsig]forgot to say anything, I still havent finished skinning it, infact I havent done too much because the model isnt finished yet :/
the 1st model test was fairly successfull but also quite funny. the angle was totally wrong because the model had no bones in it at all.
