been working on a menu image for cod, its progressed a little further than the one ive posted, but I thought I may aswell post it.

+ yes ignore the fact yank#1 has lost a foot & the thompson is a bit shakey.

dang, direct linking might be an issue korn, you may need to only post link for peeps to look thru.

I just got the image of that shot in Saving private Ryan, when the whole group have just left that french town with the sniper, and they're walking down a field at night. It would be silent and pitch black, if it wasn't for the fightin going on thie distance, with the occasionaly huge flash and distant sounds of gunfire and explosions. I guess it reminded me because those two int hat image look like they're back-lit, just like in that shot.

I dunno, just a comment, maybe you can get something out of that. [addsig]

I might have a quick flick through the flim later to find which part you mean, though I think I know which part it is. thanks for the comments, its taking forever to do, mostly because my mouse is a bit dodgy.

Edit: working on the forestation etc atm, heres the most recent image.

Font sucks a bit, but looks cool. Personally I wouldn't use gray scale, go for really washed out blue scale or something. [addsig]

heh, yeah its not brill but I think itl look allot better when you can see a floor, I think its just because its floating that it doesnt fit very well.

greyscale is a bit hard to work IMO, but its looking good so far perhaps with dust/scratches and more brown/yellowing.

but definately change the font see if you can get a military esque one! [addsig]

That's the default font for the game itself.

Pretty much all Quake 3 engine games have separate launchers for single player and multiplayer. This is MP, which is why all the MP stuff is on top. You click on SP, it takes you to the single player menu. [addsig]
