I took a look at CS_Noir, that is one badass looking map!
I know how the mapper did it, just an env_screenoverlay, I was
expirementing with it a few days ago, it's purty(the strider beam
effect was best). The thing is, the materials I have that are
suitable for overlays are too overboard, what I want is a very subtle
color fade.
I was wondering if anyone has already made a pack or two of these?
If not, does anyone know how to make one with the desired effect?
Failing that, does anyone know a place where I can get instructions for one?

Also change the texture of the dock. Docks are rarely tile. -Facepunch
