When I release a L4D map, and people without css will play it, can they see the textures?

I want to know this so I'm sure I can use CSS Textures.

Sorry for double post, but I'm asking this because the CSS textures are standardly in the sdk's texture browser

Accepted Answer
If you use CSS textures in a L4D map without including those used CSS textures with the map, then people without CSS will not be able to see the textures.

You should include the CSS textures with the map, you can use Pakrat to embed the textures inside the bsp file.

Yea, the Textuers for CSS appear in the texture browser for L4D because L4D uses the 'Source Shared Materials' GCF for it's textures. Since L4D is not installed with a GCF, it runs a little differently. AFAIK, there is no keyword that will filter out just the L4D textures; you just have to know I suppose :/
