I want to add my self-made textures into the BSP file. Is it possible? Does it still work the same like -wadinclude or so? Well, propbably not as they're not wads, so how to do it?

Nevertheless, Pakrat is the weapon of choice for all source engine games when it comes to including custom content with your maps. It's a gui to go along with bspzip.exe which comes in the SDK already. It's pretty easy to use, there should be documentation of it everywhere, check the VDC.

There is soo much info on this, I find it hard to believe you actually tried searching for it (assuming you did) and still didn't find it. Yup, just make sure they're in the right folder like everything else.
