Well I finally got Hammer up and running with the HL2 textures and what not. When I run the maps though, it seems as if my player is moving a lot slower than if I were playing the standard single player mode. Is this normal or is there some setting I have to adjust?

Yeah, get/spawn the HEV suit. You're just as slow in the game without the suit.
There's no DM Spawn, remember? [addsig]

Yeah thanks, it's been over a year since i used Hammer. I'm a noob all over again.

Well, in HL1 you didn't move slower without the suit.

I noticed it in HL:S however. You're normal speed (it seems like) without the suit and with it you're fast as hell. Faster then I remember, anyway. [addsig]
