For some reason all my entities have vanished, including all my prefabs, prob_statics etc is there any way to get em back?

You may well have checked the "entities" vis group, that all entities are automatically assigned to. Make sure all of your vis groups are visible using the vis groups pallete on the right.

Your a star that did the trick! It was just a bit weird that they didnt appear in game?!
